Located in Cadillac, Mi Established in 1992, Phil's Lock & Key was started by Phil Shooks, Marcia, and Don Shooks. Initially we provided residential and commercial services. Although we were mainly involved in the automotive lock and key side of locksmithing. Over time, we continued to focus more and more on the constantly changing automotive locksmith field. Eventually, we decided to only offer automotive lock and key services which we continue to do to this day.
